I looked through a few of the Stickies and didn't see what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone has put together a list of components and what their RE level, or is all that completly Random?

I've noticed certain items are certain levels everytime I actually pay attetion, and have heard a few people mention that they ha d some sort of list. Any help would be appreciated.
