I have a looted lvl 1 shield that has something like 800/200 front and 800/200 back shields. I have seen others that have like 0.0/200 . The ones that are made have stats like 200/200, etc.. So what does the rates mean? Current/max ? Then 800/200 doesnt make sense if thats the case.

pretty sure it is current/max. though there seem to be quite a few instances where the current value will display something non-sensical when you examine it from the ground.
