Greetings my fellow Shipwrights. I've had an issue 3 times where a chassis I sold has not generated into a deed for a customer. Anyone else seen this bug? I don't mind giving a customer a replacement chassis on the small stuff, but when it happens on a Top Tier chassis, it makes me a sad panda.

Make sure your customers know they can only have 3 ships in their datapad.

Or do you mean the chassis dealer cannot convert the blueprint into a deed?

I havent had this...mine has been where the deed would'nt genorate a ship. The best thing to do is just trade the chassis back for one of the same and bug it. when the CSR comes and fixes them just place them up for sale.

Yeah, even if it's their only chassis. Chassis broker can't generate it into a deed.

I have one of these. In my case it's a Dunelizard 1. Dealer doesn't recognize it, the radial doesn't work, and only 1 ship in my Datapad. I was planning on watching the boards to see if it was an isolated incident.

Experienced the same problem. The customer successfully turned the blueprint into a deed using the ship broker. But he did not get the radial menu option "Generate Ship". The odd thing is that I had the customer trade the deed back to me and I could get the radial menu (even though I didn't qualify for the ship btw). But when we traded it back again, he still couldn't generate it. He ended up buying a new blueprint and this time it worked fine for him.

This is a really bad bug. The customer above was a friend of mine so there were no hard feelings. But I sure don't want this to happen if it is a customer that doesn't know me well. Whether fair or not, some people will blame me for selling them a bad blueprint.
