A higher or lower number? I thougt lower but when I RE'd a part then number went higher??? :dunno:

Currently bugged last time I checked (last weekend). Higher is supposed to be better, but currently lower is.

As it happens, low speed is better for pilots.
However, the assumption in crafting stuff is that higher is better, and so all experimentation, all RE'ing, etc. increases Droid Interface Speed, thereby making it *worse*. This is bugged, and has been all throughout Beta and now the Live game.
Basically, making Droid Interfaces, you use the subcomponent that reduces Droid Speed *and* energy maintenance. And you make the lowest level DI you can. Since D.I's are bugged...

I consider it ironic that bounty hunter droids had the exact same droid speed bug in the ground game last year(where higher speeds meant slower droids). It took them almost a year to fix it. Hopefully it won't take that long this time.
But sheesh. are droids cursed or something?
