Okay, I've been a Beta tester and recently I was involved in an in-game discussion about which component was better. The key subject of this discussion was shield and weapon recharge rates.
I played in Beta, and I assumed (and we all know what assuming does, right) that higher shield rates and lower weapon rates were better.
Am I also correct in assuming that Droid/Flight Computers are better with a lower speed?
I didn't have any hard facts, just gut feeling from looking at the component stats.
How far off am I?

I agree for Droid interface and weapons, the lower, the better. Cant confirm for shields.

High Shield Rates are good.
High Weapon Cap Rates are good.
Weapon fire rates are personal choice, and should be judged vs the weapons cap you have, and how much of the weapons cap they drain per shot.
Droid Interfact should be low. Droids and Flight Computers themselves don't have speed stats.
