In the case of a Firespray this is not correct as the number of resources is pretty much meaningless to the very rare and much sort after chassis

Mass changes are needed BUT;

Shipwrights should be able to turn in blue prints or chassis for a % of the resources

1-x-x-x 10%
2-x-x-x 25%
3-x-x-x 40%
4-x-x-x 60%
master 80% (in case it's a firespray a 1 time use schematic instead of resources)

Personally I think this would be a bad idea, implementing such a system would have all sorts of implications on the economy, the shipwright profession. Also SW has reduced the galactic stockpiles a bit which can't really be a bad thing

A little bit?? Stocked resource vendors have gone the way of the Levia Squal...extinct.
