i been messing with higher lvl stuff and bonus is not 1% per cert lvvl in fact not sure what it is at all cause at lvl 8 and 9 its only 4% bonus

in beta was cl;early stated 1% bonus per RE lvlv . So now my question is; is this just one more bug they need ot fix or didnt they pullout the Stealth nerf BAT to RE before we even know it hehehe

Knowing SOE, probably a stealth nerf. I can understand the reasoning behind it, but considering that the higher level components, most of them anyways, are considerably worse than lower level ones (reactors for one), a higher RE bonus would make them more worth while.
