Thread: So we should hold of on making neutral ships until the patch?

I was wondering what the word is on neutral ships after the patch? Are the number changes going to effect the ships already made? Should I just stop crafting netrual fighters until Tuesday?

The changes are not retroactive.

To our knowledge, is the patch still coming out Tuesday?
