OK gang, first off, the previous posts in this forum have been invaluable to me since my renewed interest in JTL. Kudos and a hearty thanks to you all!

Now this is something I've not seen addressed and a couple of searches proved fruitless.

I'm in the midst of collecting debris to reoutfit my ships, now rather than just use whatever I can find, I'm being quite careful and methodical. Currently I'm collecting engines, and what I want to know is in respect to Y/P/R, are each stat considered separate or are they 'combined' during the RE process?

Would the best 'Y' stat from one engine combine with the best 'P' stat from another, and so on?

As stated, the best Y is chosen to apply to Y, the best P applies to the P, and the best R applies to the R for the final product.

It seems like it picks the best stat from each line.
