RE'ed it tonight, stats...

Level 8
2500/2500 front/back
17.5 regen
30k mass
2400 RD

Fits very nicely into my YT and it's better then anything I've crafted.

Thats a nice shield, especially because of that regen rate.

The best ive RE'd to date is a 2555 front/back, 16.9 regen, 26.5k mass, 2300 RD

Aww, man. I was all excited cause I found a recharge 15 and change.

I have a nasty lvl 10 in the works before the RE its like 2560 front 2500 back, 18 recharge rate. I had to save alot of loots to get to this. Still holding out that I might get even better.

I recently RE'd my level 8 shield and got the same front/back, but my recharge was only in the 15's

But then, it's really not as much of an issue now that we have shield shunt. My old crafted shield was in the 19's recharge (back before we had shield shunt).
