I pulled out all the stops crafting an Oppressor for a guildmate, and was wondering how it turned out.

Mass: 172269.89
Chassis: 2815.987

Mass maxed out at about 81%, theoretically I could have hit about 83% but I didn't have enough of the right low grade ore.

How good is this, and what could it have sold for on the open market? I realize they're different on the various servers, I'm just looking for a ballpark.

Heh, I list my regular chassis at 5cpu. I don't sell many chassis, but them's the breaks, and yes lots of green indeed

I did some resource pricing after the fact and learned that it'll cost me 1.2 million to replace the steel I used. Crazy.

I hadn't thought about it, but you're right. There was a lot of agonizing on my part once I'd identified the right resources for the job. "It's going to take how much of what?" In the end I decided to do it so the resources wouldn't continue to collect dust. DE can only use so much of the really nice stuff at a time.
