Do weaponmiths sell fully equiped ships? would one outfit a ship for me if I asked and paid enough???
We can't sell a 'pre-equipped' ship, however some shipwrights do sell bags with kit in them, try vendor search under backpacks.
Or look at the sticky listing shipwrights on your server and try a nicely worded e-mail to them (but don't be upset if they don't, different people have different business models). If you were on TC-Prime you could contact Sencom (me) but we are waiting for the server to come online.
It is difficult to sell too many fully equipped ships as different people have different preferences, I for example like lots of big quick firing guns, with a big shield, and tiny armour (I generally don't have space left) but others might want a really quick ship and prefer the bigger engine and so squeeze smaller shields (as they intend to get hit less than I do).
Also - if you are going to try and ask a shipwright for help, always remember to offer something of real value, sure we want credits, but we also want a supply of loot for us to RE! While grinding master pilot you will get a lot of it.
