I have Re-ed and L4 engine last night and herr is the stats
Armor 222.3
HP 222.3
Y- 66.6
P- 65.2
R- 63.4
top speed - 60.6
Mass- 3640.6

is this considered a great stats or just good and how much should I sell it for?

The YPR are all what I would expect from a crafted Mk3 starfighter engine with YPR experimented to 75%+ each, so that's respectable. Mass is also quite good, as mass experimented to 90% would still be over 4K.

The speed is not very impressive though. A Mk3 with overdriver, even with speed left unexperimented on the final combine, would be over 70% if made with decent resources.

I don't really feel qualified to venture a guess as to price, but I can say that for a pilot who's more concerned with manueverability than speed (and is also concerned with mass), this would be a better choice than a standard crafted engine. Imperial pilots would probably love it.

The REing money is in L6s (if you have a prenerf), L8s (if you have or get a high-speed Starmap QID), and L10s (if you loot one that'll break 100.0 post-RE).

Even CRAPPY pilots are usually out of Tier 2 in a few hours or a day, so L4 engines don't really garner much "oohs" and "aahs."
