Hi, I am looking for an excellent shipwright to make me some elite POB parts on Bria, as well as a cargo hold.

Try your servers trade forums, that's what they're there for, and chances are you're way more likely to get the response you're looking for there.

Problem is I have on many occasions tried the trade forums, and personally find them useless. Never got one response, but alas, I have placed another attempt there as well

You can also try looking on the galactic vendor search on the bazaar and find a SW's shop or even do a player search in game and look for master shipwrights.

I haven't bothered to make any in a while ... but aren't some of the elite POB components still broken on resource stat requirements?

I remember Elite engines having a 50% potential energy stat requirement for engine speed with none of the ingrediants having potential energy as a stat resulting in low quality engines. It was possible to get speed withoverdriven mark V engines.

Only engines and boosters are broken. Blasters, capacitors, shields, and reactors are much better than Mark V. Armor is a little better than Mark V.
