I'm trying this on every forum I can because no one seems to be able to help me. I willtrade 300k in mid lvl steel, an A wing chasis and an Xwing Chasis for 380k of Intert Petrochemical. I'm on the ahazi server btw. I will also give an A wing chasis to the first person who can give me the wp of a vendor with 2 or 3 cpu Inert Petro. Please help, i've been to almost every vendor in the galaxy and I haven't found squat.

I'm on Kett, and therefore couldn't help if I wanted to. Good luck, though. Resources are running low all around. Should stabilize soon, though.

Have you tried posting this in your galaxy trade forum? You might get lots of offers.

I luckily have my entire guild helping out with collecting resources. Even so, it is still a long road for me to get everything.

We have become a plague of resource devouring locusts in our grind.
At the end, I was going from resource vendor to resource vendor, and as I got enough to grind another chassis I would run into the nearest shipwright shop or mall and crank out another ship. I was gypsy grinding!
I have beefed up me harvies, but I don't want to spend all of my time managing harvies.

now if the devs made chassis requirement 50 percent less across the board only for chassis. now that would be sweet and reduce strain on the server resources. my two concerns about the resource requirements for shipwright are..
1. yes i have snagged everything i can find (too bad for the docs. that chemical is going in my boosters and high end chassis. and gosh that 1000 oq dolovite will be sweet in my componants and high end chassis. no more doc ingredients readily available.) i feal every crafter is being affected by this, i was just using doc as an example since my alt is a doc
2. i hear rumors and i cant verify this to be 100 percent accurate: i hear that there is a set amount of the resource available per server. once its pulled it shifts out. so if 5 gajillion heavy harvesters drops on some 990 oq 997 cond copper lots of harvesters are going on it and poof it shifts in under 2 days. but then again some crappy resource comes out and not many harvesters drop on it and it ends up around for 8 or 9 days.

I am on Ahazi as Casho, I am outsdie theed, not sur ethe coordinates, I need to gathe rmy resrouces and sell ya what i can. I am running 18 heavy mineral, gas, chemical harvestors, on every planet. I need carbonate ore and Iron, so bring what you can spare.

I know it's little consolation now, but stick it out, don't give up. On starsider I can already tell some of the SW's are getting frustrated and dropping it due to the sheer amount of resources, and the insane prices some people are charging for chassis' (I've seen A-Wings for 45K, thought not in a few days now). Ride out the storm of the people trying it out because its new and a way to make quick cash, and you'll be good.
I've felt the frustation too. I'm up to 4/4/3/4 and almost exhaused my resource supply. But I'm keeping a good attitude. I've been distracting myself with crafting small things, seeing how it all works, Reverse Engineering stuff, seeing what i can get out it.
This has the potential to be one of the funnest (although hard and time intensive) crafting professions. I myself, enjoy the idea of hand crafting makes me take pride in the end results.
Stay the course mate, the light is at the end of the tunnel!
