Does anyone know what the max mass that has been found on a Z-95? Or if there is a advanced Z-95 out there that could hold a little more weight? It was part of my character story from way before prerelease.. I know many of you don't care about RPing but for me it is a big thing. Anyhow just curious. 11k is the most I have been able to find in a Z-95.. I know they are old fighters, but some people like Mara Jade were able to get a bit out of them. Anyhow thanks for your time.. I searched around but couldnt find anything on it... course the search function on these boards is terrible. Thanks again.

I have seen a little over 12k for the Z-95. On beta i was able to make 12k chassis.

I've made one with mass of about 12100+ with fairly normal resources.
I gather you're a buyer and not a shipwright. Look through the links at the top and check out the resource guide. There you will find the resources and necessary stats for improving mass. Then go about finding those and, finally, take them to your favorite shipwright and tell them to get to work. I would guess max mass with great resources and lucky experimentation could go as high as 13000 (that's an off-the-cuff guess, probably someone already knows if they bother to read the thread) or more.

I have the same problem with the Privateer's Scyk, light fighter. It is an interesting looking ship with distinct style and handling, but it is totally usless past 1/1/1/1. I was really looking forward to it being my primary ship, until that hope was totally dashed during beta.
I think that all three of the novice tier ships should have their mass increased to atleast 20k and the TIE-F raised to atleast 30k. Either that, or the Privateer's should haverecieved an advanced version of theScyk, just as the Alliance pilots get an advanced version of the Z95 (X-Wing) and the Imperials get three seperate versions of thier TIE Fighter (TIE-LD, TIE-F, and TIE/In)
Anyways, NPCs seem to be able to deck out thier Scyks and Z95s in higher than Mark II components, why can't we?
