Thread: Random Stats on looted?

Today i was browsing a shipwrights vendor for a Level 5-7 Capacitiator to replace my looted one with a 33.3/ 800 stats, I found a Mark 5 I belive an it was onlyat 24.5/600, Now i looted mine of a tier 1 tie, and it is a Siener Designs Imperial Capacitator 1, so as a last resort I checked the loot vendor, for only 8000, I founhd a reactor with 45.8/ 900 Stats, And it was a RE level 2, Now thats just nuts!
To my belife that would be considered insane, Especily considering the Mark 5 , cost 120k!

We can't make good capacters to save our lives. Crafted ones are pretty much purly to get you flying until you loot better ones. I make a lot of REd level 2 ones for sale, put a 1000+ storage and a 35+ recharge together and it makes very nice 1k mass good preformence capacters. I stock a few crafted ones, those are just for show really, mostly I sell REd ones.
