Maybe im just doing somethuing wrong or using the wrong stuff.
I re everything for parts, mostly from endor, is there a certain
place to get your loot from in order to get the Firespray schematic??
any help is appreciated

There are no methods, specific loot, level of loot, phase of the moon, temperature of your bath water etc etc etc to worry about.
You just need to RE hundreds of times for the disks to drop. I've read some people think it's approximately a 1:200 drop rate, but personally I think it's probably closer to 1:300. I've now made 4 Firesray schems (or is it 5? I forget), and I go through crates & crates of Component Analysers to get the disks....

I had heard that re'ing kuat parts has gives you the best chance to get a disk. I don't know if I believe that anymore

Its approximatly a .05% chance per RE attempt. The Level, name, or part type has no barring. Basicly your best shot is REing level one pieces.
