Probably want to be looking in the Pilot forums, not Shipwright. There's a great FAQ sticky in the Pilot forums that everyone should read.
The only stat on a chassis that shipswrights have any control over is the mass it can hold. With a Dunelizard, you should be looking for something over 85k mass. Chassis have other stats too, such as how fast they turn, but those are hardcoded, we can't change them.
Every other stat is determined by your components. I've run across a few pilots recently who think that when you buy a chassis, it comes with everything you need. This is not the case; you have to outfit the ship yourself.

OK, do you know where we can go for alisting of the YPR stats of the various ship chassis?
