Yup, a stealth fix from pub 19 apparently. To bad I dont sell level 10 parts though.

I always just sell armor, no matter what level it is.

Hey I just noticed something...but the Chassis Dealer is actually paying 10000 for level 10 stuff now...not the 500 he use to offer before...

I sell those lovely leve1 10 parts with an RE level of 7 or so. Those things are still trash, but 10K trash after the fix.
