How about having 'Elite Upgrades'? Not sure if it was mentioned before,
but in theory they would only be equippable on POB parts and give a higher
bonusthan the mark V upgrades. They would need asteroid minerals too,
but something more reasonable like 125 maybe.
Thoughts?
