Got me an engine im looking at to RE finnaly, even though I cant seem to find no other I will post you the stats
Level - 2
Mass: 1243
P:60.3
Y:60.3
R:59.8
Speed: 74.6
RE Level - 10
Is this good as is? I can not seem to find any thing with a better P Y or R

is that RE lvl correct???
If so I'd advise that you not RE that until you've gotten a large selection of lvl 10 engines
....thats some amazing loot....!!!

If that Mass, Cert level and RE level are correct as you have posted...you have found one $%# RARE engine. You just have to find 9 other Level 10 engines to RE it with. Make SURE you have that engine with the CERT Level 2 put into the Tool first. After that just get the best level 10s with highest Top Speed and PYRs you can find. You don't mention the drain but that Cert level 2 should have a low drain. A RE'd level 2 engine with that low mass and the speeds and PYR of a level 10 engine would be AWESOME. For your sake I just hope you're reading the stats right. I've never heard of one like that.
