Thread: Stats Question and Clarification

There are two trains of thoughts on the issue of shield and capacitor stats.

1) Higher recharge number = Better (more charge to the capacitor per tic)

2) Lower recharge number = Better (Lower time to charge the capacitor ...more ticks over time)

Is there a clear cut guide to the component stats anywhere? Ive searched the SW and Pilot formus and I have yet to find one.

I made it to 4433 pilot before I figured out that hitpoints on armor didnt translate into armor protection... my front armor was 45 armor and 1350 hitpoints. I have also been going with the camp that thinks the Lower recharge number is faster, but Im in doubt.

Higher recharge is definately better, however I would craft slightly differently. Instead of using the upgrade to increase recharge rate(very minimal increase) I would use the upgrade that adds max power(puts you up to like 800max energy) and then exp on recharge rate in the final combine, this will give you almost the same recharge rate, but way higher max energy to use.
