last night i ran off Armor Reinforcement Panels Mark 2 when they where finished i went to the factory to get said items they where not there it says 12 items are in the output hopper but only 6 are able to be seen and those are mark 1 armor that i ran off yesterday when the facotry was first placed
i have a ticket in and i better get these if not then we should not use factories till they can run correctly without having disappering items

I read in one of the sticky posts that it is a known bug in with Armor Reinforcement panels that they take up space in the output hopper but can't be seen.
I don't know a workaround.

lol thats funny cuz the csr just told me that you can only run missles in your factory nothing esle
and i know the csr is dead wrong and i think it was just a brush off

Yes, same here CSR told me You can only run weapons in the factories, No ship components and that I will not be reinbursed and closed my ticket. But as we all know we can run subcomponents or at least could have. We will see..

On another post, it says the equipment factory has to be placed after JTL, for it to recognize the schematic.
Yesterday when I was crafting some SW component (can't remember which, but it was SW, not DE or anything else we could do before JTL) and I got a schematic option, along with "Experiment" and "Create Prototype".

The rule is supposed to be that you can make any ammo packs (including countermeasures), any sub-component (aka upgrades) and any tool. You can't make final components (which the CSR may have misunderstood you as talking about, or they are just plain wrong and you need to submit a new ticket or PM Tiggs with the ticket number, do a tracker on her a few weeks back and she talked about what details she needs to investigate)
For the factory (equipment) to accept the schematic it must have been placed after launch or re-deeded, which can be a pain in the neck if you use it as storage

ok so im trying to place level 3 rockets on the equipment factory and its not working the schem wont even show as an option
what factories we talking about here
