Experimenting the Engine Overdriver to 97% and the Engine Speed to 100% (yes, you read it right, you CAN experiment to 100%) I get 119.9 engines.

So it looks like 120.0 is the cap.

Confirmed made a 119.9 speed engine this evening with the buff. Before buff was 119.3

Didn't crack the .24 weapon speed on first attempt but will try harder tomorrow

Now if I could find an entertainer who isn't afk

I found a really nice one to buff me. It worked great! BTW, how much are you tipping? I tipped 10k...thought that was ok but once I get back on my feet again I think I will tip between 10-20k depending on availability.

Make sure you are getting the shipwright specific buff...if you just listen to an afk musician you will get the generic buff that only enhances xp and fp.

I had no problems finding a musician on Valcyn last night. The Theed cantina was packed with at-keyboard musicians and dancers. I think I saw 5 Nalargons on the floor at one point. I tipped 50k to the musician who did my buff. I was a musician once, I know what kind of tips they get. I remember people whining about paying 10k for a mind buff. This buff is valuable to me, I don't have to sell many 119 speed engines to make that tip back.

Theed was the place I went as well. Still a few afk spammers dancing around but for the most part, live entertainers had returned. I headed back to the shop after the buff and put out some 1900+ lvl7 armor, and 1200+ lvl5 armor. It was very nice hitting those numbers after so long of being 1-3 points under them.

Well I just went and tested the buffs. I'm very happy with the results. Using some pretty high end resources I was able to craftengines thatare significantly better than before. Of course now to sell my old stock off I'm going to have to discount it pretty heavily.

Here'e my initial tests on 3 Experimentals with the crafter buff.All are using 99% overdrivers. The first is made with the max OQ resources I can get on Bloodfin, so it lacks a bit in PYR:
