I find a deal with some of my customers. I buy them their loot, with a 10 %bonus.

I don t have tons of comps to RE :(

Feel like space is a desert, with no real activity. But i may be wrong, and have to change my habits.

-How do you collect your stuff? (I hunt a little, and buy my mateoffer their loots to my vendor")

-Which amount do you collect each week/month ? (I, 20-30 a week)

-How much do you sell your Red comps? ( max price you ever offered)

Are you a pilot yourself? Also, are you in a guild?

About all I do in game is centered on space. I'm trying to master all 9 squadrons as well, so I get plenty of opportunities myself to get components - especially from tier 4 duty missions.

There are also a couple of other players in my guild who are avid pilots as well, and they drop all their unwanted stuff in my vendor. Seeing as one of them is also trying for multiple squadrons too, I'm probably pulling in about 20-30 different components every 3 or 4 days.

I actually have so much stuff that I've had to limit what I take to only tier 6 and up otherwise I'll be swamped.

Another good thing to do is check out the bazaar. You'd be surprised how many people aren't aware of what they're actually selling. You might pay around 12k a part, but I've picked up a surprising amount of level 6+7 engines and some good caps and shields there.

Hope that helps

I fly a lot. I also had friends drop packs of looted components on my vendor. You can pick the general level of loot by finding spawns of various levels. I usually hit tier 4 stuff (master pilots can still get duty missions) as tier 5 ships usually drop level 9-10 stuff that makes nice parts but with very high mass. Level 6-8 seems to be the best for my purposes and tier 4 black suns drop plenty of it. If I'm looking for level 10 guns to combine with a beamrail, kessel or deep space are the places to go. I generally wait until I have 4-5 times the number of a given RE level part before I start the RE jobs (unless I just need 1 part, then I look at the stats until I have everything as low or high as I need).

Anyway, the parts are free if you fly and duty missions pay well. That's my best advice.

...would master the pilot profession if the repeat mastery bug was fixed.

I offer 150% chassis dealer prices. I have 2 or 3 pilots who drop off a couple of bags every week. I also go to Mos Eisley daily and check the Tatooine Bazaar. Unless the price is outrageous, I'll buy up just about all the un RE'd loot. Level 1, 2 and 3 stuff I usually RE right away, unless it's exceptional. The rest I store on a vendor until I can sit and do it.

Some of it I'll just sell back to the chassis dealer, un RE'd, especially high-level junk. Putting 7 Boosters into a tool just to get junk out of it isn't worth the Disc to me, I'd rather collect the 42k. But I buy everything from my customers, since I don't want to hassle them with the sorting.

It's also not a bad idea to hang around the chassis dealer in the busier starports and just offer to buy whatever people have.

As much as I love Space, I'm too busy with the crafting to actually go and collect it myself.
