Thread: All purpose repair tools?

I'm at a loss. I can't find it as an option on any of my tools. Is it a master artisan item?

Please don't say "stand next to a private crafting station". I've stood next to it to make thousands of items and become one of my server's foremost shipwrights, so I'm a little beyond that piece of advice.

You need master artisan and starship crafting tool.


No need for a private crafting station to see it


80 steel, 60 fiberplast (CD 25, OQ 75)
