I've been Master SW since the beginning, but I don't do much RE'ing unless specifically asked to.
I had NEVER done a level 10 RE, until I was contacted late tonight by a customer with 10 engines. Sure, no prob - I loaded in the parts, pulled the lever like a good little monkey, and glanced briefly at the results window. The only 2 things that stood out to me were - 91.xx speed with a 6% bonus upped to 96.xx, and the rest of the categories (at least most, if not all) recieved a similar 6% bonus.
I handed the finished part back, and was told that the speed should have been at least 100, he had done the math beforehand.
/shrug - I dunno, that's what I got.
This person then proceeded to insinuate, (and later flat-out state) that I had ripped him off, because NOBODY he knew had ever gotten less than a 10% bonus on such parts.
I have no clue, so I'm asking for your experiences - have things changed lately? Are the results random? Does Pyollian/Bespin Port make any difference? Bonus from Research Center?

it was a bonus of 10% at the start. 1% per level.
but it has changed to a max of 6% bonus. this6% bonusu get for RE partsfrom level 6 or 7 up to 10 not sure about were the 6% bonus starts

The 10% bonuses have been gone for some time - I believe we got an 'as-intended' quote, from a Dev or Corespondant, somewhere around here too, on the subject. I've noticed it since at least mid-december.
If you need backup on this in-game V, feel free to send them to me. You did no wrong.

RE increases are like 1% for level 1 components, 2% for 2-3, 3% for 4-5, 4% for 6-7, 5% for 8-9, and 6% for 10, I believe. So your customer was in the wrong, not you.
