I have tried for some hours now do run a forum search, but it seems dev wages are more important than a working forum.
So I have made factory schematics for all the sub components I am going to use, and I ended up with over 60 of them. But the schematic list always cuts the 51st and above, so is there a way of inserting the rest (without limiting myself to 50) ?

I suggest you start just using them in your factory. Once the schematic is used up, it will go poof which will make room for the next one in line.
I never heard of anyone making a schematic for every subcomponent before so you hitting new territory that i know of. Just send in a bug report and well, you already posted here. I think you really just hit a limit that was placed long long ago because i don't think the devs or even most players ever thought of doing what you have done. The devs try to think of every possiblity the players will do, but well, that is next to impossible. You just did one of those things thats sits next to impossible to concive.

Hold it, I think there is a little misunderstanding, as I refuse to believe I am the only one doing so.
You are telling me that you handcraft every single chaff flare and every single shield intensifier and every single proton III missile pack and ... ?
There is place for 100 items in the datapad (droids, vehicles, starships,...), yet I can only access 50 factory schematics ?
This number can be easily reached as SW. 14 different missiles, 5 CM, quickshot I, II, III, IV, V, max damage intensifier I, II, III, IV, V, armor reinforcement panel I, II, III, IV, V,.... Do I need to go on ? Not to mention some artisan or droid items I'd like to make myself.

I think you are, I usually make 4 schems at a time, go put 2 in, wait for them to finish, throw in new schematic, and go craft whatever i could with the finished parts, rinse repeat. There is no need to make all 60 or so subcomponents, ALL AT ONCE.

Yeah, making them all at once seems a bit excessive. I usually don't have enough of any particular resource to make 60 different items with it. I'll grab a pile of something, make a schematic for Mk II Image-Rec missiles or whatever, run off a shipload of those and keep them around until they sell. Usually by the time I need more of that particular item, I have different resources so I have to make a new schematic anyway.
One more thing... Talk to your friendly local neighborhood droid engineer and have them make you a droid with Lvl 6 data storage module (and probably Lvl 6 item storage too). Then you can take all the schematics you're not using right now and move them over to the droid. I generally only have 2-3 schematics in my actual data pad, keeps them from getting all mixed in with my 5 droids, 3 creature pets, 3 vehicles, and 6 spaceships.
One mooooore thing... While you're getting a data storage droid have them throw in a ship crafting station too. Never can tell when you'll need to make an emergency RE tool or Repair kit.

Ok, thanks, that droid sounds like a good idea.
And to my defense: I just started SW and it's about my initial vendor stocking.

Well, I was a droid engineeer way before JTL came out, so I tend to pimp the droids. Every couple of months I get a big idea and make a new set. Like right now, I need a new post-CU combat droid.
