This was badly in need of an update, and is now current as of Publish 22.
All of the data on Armor, Engines, Shields, Weapons, Capacitors, Boosters, and Reactors was just compiled from actual crafts I made during publish 22.
This data was calculated using the following formula:
Increase = (Stat2 - Stat1) / (Percent2 - Percent1)
MinStat = Stat1 - (Increase * Percent1)
MaxStat = (Increase * 100 ) + MinStat
Which has a slight margin of error (1-2%, unless you receive a critical failure, or a 100% sucess)
The data on shipframes is from new crafting also.
The data on launchers, Droid Interfaces, and Ammo is from Malio's post, some of it corrected and updated.
The data is hosted here: RennTech Web Site'
Follow the link for "Tinkerer's Ship Component Stats" on the uppper left.
The direct link is: Tinkerer's Ship Component Stats
Added HTML with color (easier to read) hosted here: HTML
And the original Excel Spreadsheet is here: XLS

Impressive work. The XLS file looks quiet daunting. Will have to peruse it when I am more awake, but at first glance, /salute. Nice job.

FYI, the max speed value for Mark IV engines looks like a cut-n-paste error (same as Mark III.) I've made engines that exceed that (>100 with an overdriver.)
Engines Armour Points HP Mass Level Reactor Drain Pitch Yaw Roll Speed
Mark III 270.2 540.6 5,745.5 5 1,897.5 50.0 50.0 50.0 56.2
365.8 730.6 4,245.5 1,402.3 67.2 67.2 67.2 77.1
Mark IV 397.4 794.7 14,340.7 7 1,983.4 53.0 53.0 53.0 67.2
537.4 1076.1 10,596.9 1,465.5 71.1 71.1 71.1 77.1
