I've got master artisan, and even when I stand right in front of one I can't get my tier 1+ chassis schematics to work. I can, however, experiment.

not true, you can craft the novice chassis on public, done it many o' times.

What does master artisan have to do with crafting ship chassis? If it's not working for you on a public station, make sure you're using the ship crafting tool and not something else. Also make sure you're at the ship crafting station and you're close enough to it. Other than that, make sure you have at least novice shipwright lol. I think that covers everything unless it's just a bug.

no something is wrong I have every thing but master ,and only a few things show up at public station..

Go find a private crafting station, I think it was said earlier. Private crafting stations HAVE MORE SCHEMATICS AVAILABLE (and droid stations are the same thing).
