Thread: componet question? do your stats change?

ok ive been re'ing alot lately and reciently i noticed that between some of my componets like my crafted guns the refire rate has droped from .254 to .260 and on some boosters i have re'ed the energy use has droped from 133.3 to 155.5 anyone seen this happening or is there a cap on stats that im not aware of ?
