Im in the process of REing a lvl 9 gun, I know the drain and mass could be better.... Comments on anything else to hold out for?
Armor/HP : 547.4 -> 580.24
Drain : 2182
Mass : 39382.6 -> 37153.3
Min Dam : 2372 -> 2515.3
Max Dam : 3727 -> 3951.25
vs Shield : 61.5 -> 65.19
vs Armor : 59.9 -> 63.49
EPS : 26.5 -> 25
Refire : 0.317 -> 0.299 = 0.30
Please post if you know that some of these stats can be beat easily

Get the mass down lower. I have3 or 4 lvl 9's that are 37k pre RE
Also look for a good H&K Elite to get that vs shields up. I have seen .617 pre RE

I know about the mass.... vs Shields are allready at 65.19 Post RE

Just a quick question how many guns(or other parts in general) do you usually collect before even looking to see if it'll make a good RE?...me I usually get around 20 parts before I even start looking at the stats.

You do mean .6519 or 65.19% vs shields right?
Cuz if it was 65.19 vs shields who cares what the mass is that would 1 hit kill a gunboat!

I've RE'd quite a few level 9 guns, and here's the best one I've been able to put together...
Overstar Industries Polarized-Neutrino Cannon
The min, max, and refire on yours are all excellent, but you should probably wait for a better mass and reactor drain. Your vs. shields/armor stats could also be a tad better if you're patient, though they're not that bad right now.

IRE'd a LVL 10 gun that came out with the following stats:
787.6 Armor/Hitpoints
2190.1 RED
39350.7 Mass
2860.4 - 5175.5 Damage
0.810 Vs Shields
0.780 Vs Armor
0.390 Refire Rate

Nice 10, but those stats are far going to blow away a 9.
So far, from what I've seen Aya, mass and RED are your biggest issues. Though, don't get that mass low enough to stick it in your A-Wing with that level 10 engine and still have room for a shield.
That just would be mean.
