Was looking this morning at parts on vendor search and came across a real gem. Found a RE 6 engine with top speed 92.2. Hasn't been RE'd yet. Cost me 36k!

Its a reward engine, same name as the current tier 3 rewards:


Incom Military-Grade Starfighter Engine (for Rebels)

Cygnus "Megadrive" Starship Engine (for Imperials)

MandalMotors "Inferno" Starfighter Engine (for Privateers)


Just that particular engine was from soon after JtL launch, they then reduced the speed on them because they far outmatched the speed on a SW crafted engines at the time.

I have one of those engines too. why are they good? because you can find 5 other lvl 6 engines and get lower mass?

You can't loot L6 engines anymore with that kind of speed. I think they are capped now at 79.
