I tried looking for this but wasn't able to find exactly it, my question is, with firespray discs, do they come out of stricly the Kuat Systems loot components (any level) or do they come out of anything (specific levels or any).
I hope this makes sense.

Any space loot that is Reverse Engineered has a chance to drop KSE disks.

they come out completely randomly - any type of component at any level.
Some people have theories on whether you get a better chance out of Kuat loot .....
but for me, it seems to be totally random
