I am getting a bulk radioactive power business set up on Scylla, and i was wondering if you shipwrights used it for anything in particular, maybe in crafting ships. If so, What stats do you look for in radioactive ore?

PE and OQ. And I'm not sure how it is on Scylla, but if you could get some power with a high combo of those, you could probably make a killing.

It's used for munitions. High grade polymetric radioactive is needed for the higher level ones (Mark III and above, I think).

Well, it's also used in reactors, weapons, and engines. Reactors really only use OQ, but weapons and engines depend on both, which makes high OQ/PE radio quite valuable.
