Thread: Can the mass on pre-patch Imperial Oppressor be upgraded?

OK, I think the message subject pretty well covered my question and I'm sure it's been asked already but I couldn't find an answer in the forums. I heard a couple days after the last patch that my pre-patch Oppressor chassis could be taken to a Chassis Dealer and for 100k the dealer would upgrade the mass.Was I being duped or was it too early in the morning to see the option to upgrade?
