Any suggestions for places to hunt for higher level ship part drops?

Well stuff drops accordign to tier for the most part. If you want level 10 stuff tier 5 is the best chance to get some. Level 8 stuff kill tier 4's. Level 6 stuff kill tier 3's. Nothing is concrete though its just kinda focused this way now.
