Since Shipwrights I believe use most of the Asteroid Resources I posted this message here as well as in the JTL forum:

Where on the bazaar or vendors do you find Asteroid Resources? As a test I put some Asteroid Iron in the bazaar and under the tab 'My Sales", it appearedin the "Type" column as"Unknown Object". I tried to find it in the Bazaar listing and find no catagory like that. Looked under Misc./Generic etc. etc., no luck.

Any help is appreciated

Hey Vez, tried that it doesn't work for me. I removed that Asteroid Iron and put in Cyanomethanic Asteroid, a chemical substance, just to see if that shows up and it didn't. I wasusing the normal search as well as the filter.

See below, yes it does work but on Vendor search only, however.

I found out that using the 'Filter' and putting in Asteroid works for vendor search but not for the bazaar.

Put the word "asteroid" in the filter for crafted items...i know it doesn't make sense, but it works. They come up under resource containers.

I normally just type - aste - then highlight the Resource listing and they come up fine, but I have not tried in about a week. Last time I checked all my server seemd to have on the bazarr was Diamonds. Do not try each type of Resource class though make sure you are selecting all of them. Good Luck, I will try when I get on tonight to see if they changed something with the last patch.

Well I checked last night and there may have just been none for sale but I could not find any on the Bazaar search but did find a lot on the Vendor search.

Hmmm, I just mined a bunch of Asteroid Resourcesand will put them on Sale in the bazaar and see if they pop up using the filter entry. If they should show up however, why are they not coming up when you browse the Resource catagory?

I believe their not under any tree at all, try clicking on just the resource container; the very first tree that lists everything. A bit of a pain, but they should be there.

It seems to me that someonereally screwed upwhen they wrote this program in an attempt to integrate the Asteroid Resources into the Bazaar sales. Here's what I found out:

1.) Asteroid Resource types are supposed to be listed under " Unknown Objects", that's their catagory.

2.) There is no catagory like that when you search under "Resource Containers" in the bazaar.
I test listed several Asteroid Resources and none showed up anywhere on the list of sales ( Bazaar ).

3.) When you put the word "Asteroid" or "Space" in the 'Crafted Item Name Filter'...."Hello

SWG,Asteroidsare notCrafted Items"....however, you do get a list of Asteroid Resources.

4.) Why the two entries "Asteroid" and "Space"? Because Petro Chemical Asteroid does not show up

when you use"Asteroid" as a filter, but does show up when you use the word "Space"!

5.) Amazingly though, the Vendors that sell Asteroid Resources, list them properlyunder

"Resource Containers".

It is misleading, to say the least.

Anyone else find any 'querks' like this one? I love a good laugh!
