Then maybe we should refuse to sell, make, and RE for those new ships....
"Oh nice you just got your Mining Ship? Sweet... whats that? you wanted one of the new Engines? no sorry ... no... no... no ... Oh you saw one on my ship...well ya there is that one"
[sorry truely upset that the new ships arnt at least limited use schem. Was hoping it would turn out you could "learn" them but only wishful thinking....]

Im not making anything more until they fix the defence problem for surveying and puting out harvesters anyways.

Im not either, but i think thats what they want. It will just give them an excuse to move faster on their all npc vendor goal.
