Is this a new ship? One of my guilders is wanting one, and we can't determine if it's a new ship (craftable), a quest reward, or just a regular TIE Advance with the new winglets add-ons.

That's the TIE Advanced with the new winglets. Should be available through a friendly neighborhood Shipwright.
