Is there a website or a spreadsheet like the armoursmith one but for shipwright where you can see what all the different resources are you need ?

Don't know about a list, but so far I've just opened up my crafting tool and look at the particular schematic.

Generally: Steel, Iron, Ore, Inert Petrochem, Fiberplast, Aluminum (kind of the holy grail for chassis)... For components, you'll need relatively rare birds like specialized radioactives, particular types of copper, inert gases, etc... I'm waiting to see how the tweaks on the crafted component stats work out though before figuring if its worth building them again.
