Does anyone know if you can get beyond 17 experiment points with another +20 weapon systems experimentation CA?

Since all mods are capped at +25, you won't get more than 2 bonus experimentation points.

Yea, i tested it just to make sure, got +31 engine experimentation, and still only have 17 points.

Thanks for supplying this info. I know alot of Shipwrights were wondering about this and we couldn't get any kind of answer from the Devs on this question.

Tapes always cap at +25 for all professions, only if we had 155 weapons exp from skillswe could go to 18 points with a +25 tape.

All right, I didn't know it was an extra mod cap 
So wait, if i was a novice weaponsmith with +100 in tapes, would i get 11 points?
Or just 3?

Actually, since the CU, there is no cap on experimentation skill, rather there is a cap on the number of additional experimentation points they will give you, and that cap is '2'.
