I'm looking to RE a reward shield I have, and I'm holding out to get a really low mass level 8 shield to go with it. What's the lowest mass you've seen on level 8 shields? I've not seen anything below 30k yet.

They can get as low as 20k, 25k is more easily achieved.

Got a 26k, but looking for something closer to 20k myself. Same for my level 8 engine. Bazaar search is your friend...sometimes.

There are ZERO level 8 engines on GVS on my server. Everyone (including myself) is trying to RE that lvl 8 uber engine from the Nym starmap quest. The one Ireceived hasa 97.3 speed right now.


Finding a lvl 8 shield below 26K is really tough. They seem to be fairly rare. Post RE my level 8 reward shields came out just a tad under 24K mass. With the 16.31 recharge they have now I am pretty happy with them.

I got mine RE'd at 26.5K mass, and 1500 energy drain. Ok, maybe not the lowest mass achievable, but that's not that bad either
