I am a bit confused about how everyone is say they dont hardly ever get the discs for the firespray. I just completed my third schematic last night. Got my first one about 2 weeks after JTL went live. I know of other people on my server that get discs pretty regularly.

How are you getting them so easily? Are you focusing on a specific kill/loot or is it 100% random? I'm 1 out of 250, if even that lucky.

Well I usually spend about an hour or so a day doing nothing but Reing parts I looted or parts that my guildies loot. It seems about every other day I get a disc lately.

another guildmate is 3x more lucky to get them than I am. I suspect at character generation there is some luck value that is secretly woven into a characters template or something.

another theory is the one w/ the geo pistols.. it seemed the more people were there killing NPC at the geo caves, the more frequent the drop rate of the blaster schematic even if i killed the same number every night. IE everyone else is burning through my failures so that I am more likely to get a score. maybe he RE's at a time when a lot of other SW RE?

- It's time the devs end the bitter fighting by giving the community a Non Jedi server. We have a few servers with TINY populations that could be changed to this ruleset. I support this idea because it punishes noone. - You can support it too. Click Here!

I spent about 6.5hours REing yesterday. I went through 2 crates of tools. That is 750 RE's did not see one disk drop. Frankly, I think there is something tied into the "random" that may vary from server to server. I had done close to 1200 RE's before I saw my first disk. 10 RE's later I had my second then I did not see one for over a month. I still RE but have given up on ever getting a KSE I have been REing since release and have a total of 4 or 5 disks.
