can I use tier 10 weapons on my vaksai ?
A friend told me that I cant use tier 10 items on a Vaksai, I hope this is not true?

Only limitation is your pilot profession skills and the mass available.
You can "use" L10 loot on a light Scyk, if you want to. It's just a question of fitting it in. No mechanics in place to prevent it.

my smuggler friend says she is really sure she can only use tier 9 items on her Vaksai, can anyone confirm this ? I cant since im not an Ace nor do I have a Vaksai yet.

I confirmed it already.
I own a Vaksai, I stuffed an L10 blaster into it.

No problem.
Maybe you could get your smuggler friend to post on this thread, some screenshots or something, and we might be able to help out. If its a bug, I'd like to know about it.
If it's not a bug, we can probably help her get L10 components into her ship.
