Thread: What is the lowest refire rate you can get?

Just curious here. I'm talking about normal Mark IV and Mark V weapons, as well as the Elite POB-Only ones. What's the lowest you could theoretically get their refire rate down to?

I'll have to check tonight when I'm in-game, but I think I can get down to either .220 or .250 on Mark V's.

Mark V can get down to 0.25. Not sure about POB, but I doubt much lower than 0.25.

Mk V could theoretically get down to .244, which would round down to .240. I think. I've never made this good, but I can get to .247-.249 w/ a fermionic siliclastic w/ only 797 OQ, and some radioactives that are only about .95-.96..... My guess is that it's actually possible to hit the .244 mark.


Quite difficult, regardless.
