Is their A list of what Looted parts most commonly create a kuat schematic disk when put through the RE. phase. I have looked around and havent seen anything.

I don't believe there is such a list as it's all random afaik

You havent found one because there isnt one.
Its completly random what drops the disc.
you are free to start up your own investigation on it.
