Since there seem to be issues with folks posting in here trying to find an active shipwright, I have decided to start a post to request those whom are active SW in their galaxies to post their name so if anyone needs a question answered in their galaxy or advice, they can simply contact them there. Since this is done for current active Pilots in the pilot forums, perhaps the idea for active SW might hold merit.
Therefore, without further ado, please post your IGN for your activeSW with the galaxy you are inhabiting.
At the end of the week, I will update this page with the appropriate SW in the appropriate galaxy so people can contact you with questions and to obtain advice.
Thanks so much.

There are many ways that you can find active shipwrights ingame, as well:
- Do a player search for a player with the appropriate shipwright title (most players tend to narrow their search to players with the title of "Master Shipwright". You do this through the dialog box that comes up when you enter <ctrl>p.
- Pull up the planetary map and select ship vendors, which will give you a list of all the vendors registered as ship vendors. Visit these shops and look forsign indicating the proprietor of the shop and send them mail.
- Go to a public bazaar terminal and look for ship components under the vendor search. This can be an avenue to finding shops, which can lead you to a shipwright.
- As a last resort, you can listen to the barking outside major starports, such as Theed and Coronet. Visit malls in player cities. Visit guild halls.
- Post in the auction or planetary chat.
- Ask friends. Ask strangers.

I am a master shipwright on Ahazi and will welcome any that wish to talk to me about the profession or who wish to have custom ship parts made. Most all of my work is custom due to the limited amount of work that can be done in a factory, as well as the wide area of experimentation that needs to be done to best suit the customer.

I'm a master shipwright but I'm not active. I just don't think it's cost effective to produce quality components for the general public.

My bank account would disagree
. It's slowed quite a bit since RotW came out, but I'm still doing about a mil per day, except on Saturday or Sunday I often do anywhere from 2-5 mil depending on how stocked I am.

Indeed, if I am stocked, 2-3 mil per day during the week, on the weekends more to 3-10 mil per day depending on if I have chassis and enough missiles stocked. I have no time for spending my over 250 mil ... and I am burned out. I am just on my way to redeed my harvs and take a break. People are buying like crazy because there are so few active SWs. And there are so few (with a fully stocked shop) because all is hand made.
