I am a Master Pistoleer and gave up Doc to pursue shipwright (of which I'v finished all of the second tier). Anyway, a couple of times I have seen Master Shipwrights with CL's in the 70's to 80. How is that done. I kinda figured when I started pursuing SW I would'nt see anymore advancement in my combat levels.
Just curious

I'm Master SW/Master Rifleman, with some Merchant. I'm CL54, and I could probably push that to 60 by putting my Merchant points into a combat profession.
I'd say you were mistaken; no way a Master SW could be CL70+.

I have Master Carbineer and 4400 Rifles to go along with Shipwright, and I got up to CL 65. Don't think you can get much higher than that without Jedi skills.

Of course, it's going to be a bit more difficult to change your template to increase your CL these days...
